1. The subscription will automatically renew on a calendar monthly basis unless cancelled.
2. Members of the Midlands Region Motor Drivers Fund will be provided with 3 calendar months’ notice of any increases to the Midlands Region Motor Drivers Fund subscription rate, see the Rule Book for further information.
3. To cancel your subscription please email midland.communications@gmb.org.uk or call 0330 165 5585 (option 3) providing your membership details.
4. Cancellations will be processed at the Funds Headquarters, within a maximum of 1 calendar month from the request, once processed the members benefits of the Midlands Region Motor Drivers Fund will cease.
5. There are no rights to refunds of subscription fees following a cancellation of membership.
6. Complaints, please provide complaints in writing to midland.communications@gmb.org.uk.
7. Members of the Midlands Region Motor Drivers Fund must also be members of the GMB Union.
